Job Description:
Reporting to the Director, Communications and Public Affairs, the Manager, Trillium HealthWorks Communications will be responsible for strategic communications and engagement planning and execution to support THP's major projects. This includes engagement with organizational partners, colleague organizations, staff, patients and families, and the communities of Mississauga and West Toronto. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining meaningful collaborative engagements that are aligned with the organization's strategic plan and priorities, to enhance brand presence and awareness of THP. This individual also has experience building and sustaining brand presence within complex, rapidly changing environments.
THP is looking for a talented leader who has the ability to provide senior level counsel and advice, who has the ability to create and maintain meaningful collaborative, inclusive engagements across a diverse and growing community and enhance brand presence and awareness to support an ambitious organizational mission. This individual also has experience building and sustaining brand presence within complex, rapidly changing environments.
The successful candidate will work closely with diverse multidisciplinary teams of clinicians, communicators and strategists to bolster THP’s strategic objectives with both internal and external stakeholders. This Manager will be responsible for prioritizing and designing communications initiatives in alignment with organizational strategy, while managing a team.

The successful candidate will be primarily based out of the Mississauga Hospital site and will be required to travel among the three main sites of Trillium Health Partners – The Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga Hospital and Queensway Health Centre.
