Job Description:   The In-Patient Medicine & ICU Program (the Program) consists of a more than 350 budgeted beds across the CVH & MH and is staffed by inter-professional teams who support the care of critically ill and complex medicine patients within the Mississauga-Halton LHIN. Our teams provide high quality-patient centered care in an innovative environment to support the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs of our patients. We are dedicated to building a diverse workforce that reflects the community in which we live and serve.   Reporting to a Clinical Manager within the Program, the ideal candidate will be focused on providing patient centered care and will be given the opportunity to deliver care with compassion, excellence and courage.
