Position: Post-Doctoral Fellow FIle: 2022-27120 Status: Temporary Full Time (24 months) Dept/Program: Institute for Better Health Salary: $70,000 per year Hours of Work/Shifts: 37.5 Hours/Week Site: Mississauga Hospital Deadline: Open until filled       Dr. Laura Rosella, Stephen Family Chair in Population Health and Associate Professor at the University of Toronto is seeking a postdoctoral fellow. The successful applicant will be part of an applied research team collaborating to apply novel analytic methods with an integrated population health perspective. Specifically, the postdoctoral fellow will lead a project to understand how to use data to improve outcomes by conducting a comprehensive assessment of high needs patients in the Mississauga community. Primary responsibilities will include writing grants, developing the research proposal, creating research plans, conducting statistical analyses, creating data visualizations, maintaining study documentation, and assisting in preparing manuscripts and other knowledge translation outputs.
