Job Description:   The In-Patient Medicine Program consists of a more than 360 budgeted beds across the CVH & MH and is staffed by inter-professional teams who support the care of critically ill and complex medicine patients within the Mississauga-Halton LHIN. The initial assignment for this role is to support care on an in-patient unit whose patient population includes general medicine patients with diverse needs, including seniors with complex, chronic medical conditions.
